Under the surveillance of mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan and sister-in-law Shweta Nanda a grand ‘Godh Bharai’ function was held at Jalsa to welcome Junior Abhishek Bachchan.

Aishwarya Rai’s baby shower was full of star power as most of the Bollywood was present at the function. But to everyone’s surprise the Head of the family Mr. Bachchan was not there to bless Junior AB who is expected in November.

The function was performed with all the Hindu rituals and was successful as B-Town mommies showered their blessings for Junior AB. Those included past beauty Asha Parekh and beauties of 90s Sonali Bendre and Twinkle Khanna to name a few.

While the bollywood was celebrating the Godh Bharai inside Jalsa, the to-be-father Abhishek Bachchan was busy welcoming the invitees and addressing public media He thanked everyone for their blessings.

So with only one month to go for the expected baby the Bachchan family and all the fans of Aishwarya Rai are thrilled and excited to welcome him or her.
